How do I return?

Returns are free of charge!

What items can I return?
You can return your items within 14 days. (from the time you received the shipment)

1. Each item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all parts and tags. Products must be clean and free of all traces of use. If this is not the case, we reserve the right not to make an exchange or refund
2. If, despite our quality control efforts, the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect, we can exchange or refund it within 30 days of receipt of the product.
3. Gift cards and special orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Which items can I exchange?
1. We can exchange your item for an item of the same value. If you wish to exchange your item for another item of a different price, place a new order with the desired item and return the first item ordered for a refund.
2. The new item will be shipped once we have received and processed your return.

How long will it take to get my money back?
1. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 days. Once the item has been checked, we will send you an email to inform you whether your claim has been approved or rejected.
2. Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately and you will receive your refund via the original payment method within 1-10 business days depending on how quickly your bank processes the transfer.
