Who is the data controller of users personal data?
The controller of personal data is Hilpdesign OÜ  (Estonia, Tartu, Kastani 42, 50410, admin@hilpdesign.com, registry code 12812045).

Cookies
We use automatically collected information through cookies and tracking technology (Google Analytics) to: personalise our Service, provide customised advertisements, analyze the effectiveness of third-party marketing activities, monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as number of visitors, and track your entries.

strictly necessary/essential cookies – These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies services you have asked for cannot be provided. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor.

These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.

Who we share your data with?
Hilpdesign OÜ is responsible of processing personal data. Hilpdesign OÜ transfer personal data for payment processing purpose to ESTO AS. In order to fulfill our contract with the client we transfer personal data to our business partners, including: 

1. For payment processing purposes we transfer payment info (name, personal ID code or registry code, account number, amount, payment details, reference number etc) through banking link to a relevant service provider, which at the moment is ESTO AS.
2. For delivery purposes we transfer client’s contact details (name, phone number, email address, postal address) to a transportation service provider chosen by the client. 
3. If needed we may transfer data to a legal services provider. 
4. Personal data may be transferred to our business partners to fulfill our legislative obligations or exercise our rights, including: to fulfill our accounting obligations we transfer personal data to relevant service provider(s).
5. Third persons to whom we transfer personal data to, may use and process that data only for the purposes noted in our privacy policy, and are obligated to ensure that relevant security measurements are used when processing personal data.

What rights you have over your data?
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To get information and to check his/her personal data, the client should send a written application to admin@hilpdesign.com. 

Security
Personal data transmitted to the controller is protected and treated as confidential information. The data communication between the client and the banks and the card payment center is encrypted. We don’t have access to client confidential bank and payment card requisitions. 

How long we retain your data?
The deadline for maintaining client’s personal data is five years from the last purchase
